LTL Creations Co. scrunchies are delicately hand crafted and as such, we recommend hand washing only for all of our products. For recommendations on cleaning our products, please see our Scrunchie Cleaning guide found on our website! Scrunchie Cleaning People often ask us how they can clean their scrunchies! Although some fabrics are machine safe, some are not. To be safe, we recommend that all of our scrunchies be hand washed. How often you wash your scrunchie is really up to you! We should be washing all of our hair products, and we recommend washing your scrunchies on a "as needed" basis. This is due to the fact that everyone will have different uses for their scrunchies. If your using it daily for work or the gym, it may require more frequent washing compared to someone who may only use it a few times a week in the evenings for example. We also recommend spot treating the fabric when necessary, but if you do want to wash your scrunchie, here is how! Lets get to it! To wash your scrunchies: Simply fill a bowl with warm water (not hot) and add your cleaner of choice! You can use your favorite detergent, anti-bacterial soap, fabric softener, or even shampoo! (Note: Please ensure any cleaning product you use is color safe! Do NOT use bleach or any color-removing agents) Allow your scrunchie to soak in the warm water for as long as you see fit. We recommend soaking them as little as 15 minutes and up to 1 hour. After soaking, give your scrunchie a scrub with your hands. Simply rub the material back and forth against itself. (Tip: If needed, you can also add a micro-fiber cloth in there to add some extra material to get a better scrubbing action! We do not recommend using any other types of fabric or materials for cleaning, as some materials can be damaging to certain fabrics) After scrubbing, rinse thoroughly with cold water until free of any suds. Air dry, air dry, AIR DRY! Machine dryers can be so damaging to fabrics and the colors of your clothes, and this includes scrunchies! So, we recommend after rinsing your scrunchie, simply squeeze out as much water from the fabric as you can, and place your scrunchie flat on a towel to air dry. Allow your scrunchie to remain on the towel until completely dry before using. Some fabrics may require more time to dry than others! Happy cleaning! - #LTLfam

LTL Creations Co. is independently operated in Edmonton, AB. We pride ourselves in striving to use locally purchased materials and supplies, right here in Edmonton! Our Materials At LTL Creations Co., we proudly source materials from local Canadian companies! Our materials are hand selected from local suppliers and we make our best effort to support local businesses in any way that we can! We believe in sustainability, which is why we work towards not wasting any materials, as well as striving to use ethically sourced materials to make our products. Satin Satin is one of our original fabrics and also one of our favorites! Satin is such a luxurious fabric with a beautiful finish and silky soft feel. We use various types of satin, some of which are slightly more rigid than others, though all of them are still super soft and flexible. Satin is a gentle fabric and feels great in your hair. Interestingly, the term "satin" refers to the weave of the fabric, and not the fabric itself. Most of our satins are composed of 100% polyester, though some may also contain other fibers such silk, rayon, spandex and cotton. Crepe Crepe fabrics are most commonly made of synthetic fibers, but can be made of natural fibers as well. The fabric is woven and undergoes a special treatment process in order to achieve a rippled, three-dimensional look. Different crepe fabrics can have different textures, most commonly this bubble-style or rippled look. Even with its textures, these fabrics still posses a soft and flexible feel. Crepe fabrics most commonly have moisture-wicking properties as well! Crepe fabrics are most commonly composed of polyester, but can be made from almost any fabric, including cotton, rayon, and more. Cotton Cotton has been around for centuries and has been able to truly stand the test of time, as it continues to be one of the most popular and commonly used fabrics worldwide. Cotton comes from the fruit of cotton plants, whose fibers are then spun into yarn or thread. These threads are then woven and thus, made into the fabrics we use today. Cotton is a lightweight, cool and breathable fabric. It is gentle on the hair while still being both strong and durable. Our fabrics we use can either be 100% cotton, or be a cotton blend. The most common blend is cotton-polyester, though there are other options to blend cotton with, such as rayon, linen, and more. Blends may contain various percentages of each fabric, simply based on manufacturer preference. Chiffon Chiffon refers to a variety of soft, sheer fabrics. Its simple weave style makes it durable, yet lightweight and breathable. Due to chiffon fabrics being sheer, this makes them semi-transparent, with different types of chiffon being more transparent than others. Chiffon has a tight weave, giving it a smooth texture and is soft to the touch. It is slippery against itself and is gentle on your hair! Chiffons can be composed of a large variety of fabrics, including both natural and synthetic fibers, such as cotton, nylon, rayon and polyester. Disclaimer: due to the transparency of chiffon fabrics, the elastic inside certain scrunchies may be visible at times. Velvet Velvet is another luxurious fabric with its soft and silky feel. There are different types of velvet with different textures, but all velvets we use here at LTL Co. have that iconic sumptuous appearance. Our velvet scrunchies, with their silky textures, will not only feel great, but they will look great in your hair as well! Due to the specific weave style, velvet does not have raised weaves which makes it extremely durable in comparison to other fabrics, all while maintaining elegance. Velvets feel extremely soft and silky, with a lustrous shine. Velvet can be made from various fabrics, including silk, cotton, spandex, polyester, and more. Sheer Sheer fabrics are a semi-transparent fabric, typically made of polyester. The transparency of sheer fabrics give our scrunchies a subtle, light and elegant look. It is still soft to the touch, but more rigid than a chiffon. Added bonus? They usually have sort of a shimmer about them, adding to their elegance. Disclaimer: due to the transparency of sheer fabrics, the elastic inside the scrunchie may be visible at times. Active Wear Our active wear scrunchies are made using a variety of fabrics. These scrunchies are mostly water-wicking and dry quickly compared to some other types of fabric! This make them the perfect match for beach days, workouts and more! Our two main active wear scrunchies are a spandex blend and a mesh. Both of which can be composed of spandex, polyester, and nylon.

LTL Creations Co. offers various scrunchie sizes, including our Colossal over-sized scrunchie! Refer to our scrunchie sizing page for more information! Scrunchie Sizing We like to classify our scrunchies as one size fits all! Depending how you like to wear your scrunchie, our scrunchies typically fit comfortably with 2-3 wraps, based on texture, as well as how thin or thick your hair is! All of our scrunchies are similar in regards to how snug they will get in your hair. That being said, when we talk about the different "sizes", we are really talking about how much fabric is used and just how much "scrunch" you want! Whether you are going for a subtle style, or a big, bold look... We have a scrunchie that will work for you! Our three main sizes are the Mini, the Classic and the Colossal. Select scrunchies will also be available in our Micro, as well as our Munchkin for our children's line! LTL Micro The LTL micro is our smallest scrunchie size, but don't let its size fool you! It has the same qualities as all of our other scrunchies, just in a mini version! Warning: cute, but fierce. LTL Mini We call this our "mini" as it is much smaller compared to our colossal size! That being said, our LTL Mini is our one size that might be comparable to the size of the average store-bought scrunchie - only its bigger! It is loaded with a ton of scrunch and perfect for any occasion. Caution: once you have one, you are going to want more. LTL Classic Our LTL Classic is our original scrunchie size. It is an oversized scrunchie in comparison to the LTL Mini. We would say that it is big enough to make a statement but not so big as to make a scene. Warning: guaranteed to look even cuter than expected. Pro tip: our LTL Classic will help give some volume for your messy bun looks, especially when you are working with thinner hair, all while not being overly attention seeking. LTL Colossal The LTL Colossal is the queen of all scrunchies. This supersized scrunchie is big, bold and beautiful. Often "jumbo" scrunchies are not "jumbo" enough, but that is not the case here! Our Colossal sized scrunchies are definite eye catchers! Warning: likely to cause confidence and result in envious stares. #golargerthanlife LTL Munchkin (Children/Infant scrunchies) Last but not least, we have the LTL Munchkin Scrunchies! These scrunchies are specially hand crafted for any little one in your life! These scrunchies are smaller all around! Less fabric, less elastic, but still enough scrunch! The LTL munchkins end up much tighter after just 2-3 wraps, which is perfect for little ones still working on growing their hair! They have the ability to get tight enough to stay in those adorable little pony tails without damaging the hair like those tiny little rubber bands! Note: Some of our Munchkin scrunchies are also available in adult sizes - perfect for creating those "Mini-Me" matching combos!
